  • Provide Video: Submit the open package video as proof of the product's condition.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

  • Refund or Exchange: If the product is found to be eligible for a return, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange for a replacement product.

4. Refund Timeframe:

  • Refunds will take up to 7 business days to process to the original payment method, after we receive the returned product and verify its condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products are generally non-returnable.

  • Products that show signs of wear and tear or have been used will not be eligible for returns.
